We provide full tracking for all orders. 

You can find out the status of your order by using your tracking number on the tracking page of the shipping company referenced in the order confirmation email.

We ship to anywhere in the world. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of your order and your location. Delivery times can vary and, depending on your location, you may be liable for import duties.  

If you wish to return an item, please email us at aurel@mindsss.com to start the returns process. 

We’ll confirm your request, and you’ll need to send the items back to us. Package your items back in their original packaging, return them to the address from which the package initially came from.

Be aware that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you use tracked shipping to return your order as we cannot be held liable for any return orders that go missing.
